The Economic Growth Region 6 Workforce Investment Board needed an impactful video presentation for their Annual Meeting & Celebration that would highlight successful employer partnerships. I produced “WorkOne East Central Indiana Talks to Premier Employers,” a concise video spotlight featuring key business relationships in the region.

The project required identifying and securing participation from the region’s premier employers, coordinating filming at multiple business locations, and conducting executive interviews that captured meaningful insights about workforce development collaboration. Working with limited production time, I created a focused narrative that emphasized how WorkOne’s services addressed specific regional employment needs while showcasing successful business partnerships.

The video effectively demonstrated WorkOne’s economic impact through employer testimonials and concrete examples of successful workforce placements. Presented as the video spotlight at the annual meeting, it served as both a celebration of achievements and a powerful business development tool that visually communicated the value proposition of partnering with WorkOne East Central Indiana.
